Free Investigative Journalism Trainings – Please Share Widely
Hi all,
Applications are now open for a limited round of free, certified online trainings in investigative journalism, running this summer. The programme is run by us at OCCRP, Transcrime, and other partners from the Next-IJ consortium.
Topics include:
- OSINT and open source techniques
- Structured data and cross-border investigations
- Practical data journalism skills
Designed for mid-career journalists working in or on Europe and selected bordering countries. Fully funded by the European Commission, no fees, fully online. Participants will also have the opportunity to be selected for an in-person investigathon in early Jan 2026 to put their skills into practice.
