Important changes:

• Various properties for entities on wanted lists (eyeColor, hairColor, etc.)
• Country codes are now more ISO (esp. Sark, various former small island countries, Kurdistan)
• New IDs: giiNumber (from IRS), NPI validation
• programId and programUrl on Sanction
• Max property value lengths adopted in many places
